Netwatch Group have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist to work with Netwatch North America in Austin, Texas. This role will be responsible for lead generation and inside sales activities for Netwatch North America. This role will have a key focus on sourcing high quality leads, handling incoming sales inquiries and cold calling to support the Sales team with their direct and dealer portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Managers to schedule appointments with qualified leads, support lead conversion and successful closure. The role involves maintaining the CRM system, creating sales reports and sales analysis data and reporting to the Senior Sales Team. The successful candidate will work closely with members of the marketing, sales, and operations departments to support sales goals. This role will be a remote based position.
