Netwatch Group have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist to work with Netwatch North America in Austin, Texas. This role will be responsible for lead generation and inside sales activities for Netwatch North America.  This role will have a key focus on sourcing high quality leads, handling incoming sales inquiries and cold calling to support the Sales team with their direct and dealer portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Managers to schedule appointments with qualified leads, support lead conversion and successful closure. The role involves maintaining the CRM system, creating sales reports and sales analysis data and reporting to the Senior Sales Team.   The successful candidate will work closely with members of the marketing, sales, and operations departments to support sales goals. This role will be a remote based position.


Responsibilities


Manage lead generation and qualification:


  • Generate leads through multiple communication channels and build potential pipeline of direct and dealer customers, follow up with leads in a timely manner.
  • Research potential customers, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Support and perform all aspects of lead generation from list management, campaign development, campaign strategy and campaign reporting.
  • Consult with prospect customers/dealers to identify their needs.
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face that can be solved with our Netwatch Proactive Monitoring Service
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Netwatch products and solutions. 
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities that have the value and quality to achieve the monthly sales target.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the security and CCTV market.
  • Direct qualified opportunities to Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Managers to ensure further development.



Prepare reports and make recommendations to management:


  • Support with the preparation of the sales reports and present an analysis of results, sales activity and recommendations on issues, actions and initiatives with monthly and annual territory analysis.
  • Ensure high quality recording of leads, enquiries and sales through the Salesforce platform and other sales intelligence tools.


Work collaboratively with the internal support functions to execute sales strategy and tactical plans:


  • Provide marketing with territory and dealer/customer knowledge and analysis.


Skills and experience required:


  • Preferable: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience in related field desirable
  • Developed sales skills: Pipeline development and management, planning, analysing, reasoning, problem-solving and influencing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the US Security market, preferably for remote video monitoring.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution sales, specifically focused on lead generation, requirement gathering and qualifying leads.
  • Demonstrated experience within a sales team that consistently produces and exceeds their goals. 
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is essential.
  • Proven experience with diagnosing prospect needs and building relationships through a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing a high value, quality pipeline that aligns to target revenue and deadlines.
  • Experience in networking for lead generation and relationship management
  • Strong background with the B2B and channel sales process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail with extremely strong follow-through, accuracy and thoroughness
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Managed effective working relationships with internal support functions
  • Quota-driven, self-starter and able to work within a strong team culture.
  • Credible sales presence, presents with authority and confidence at all levels in the business.
  • Able to overcome adversity as well as identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated resilience in responding to setbacks and overcoming barriers.
  • Business acumen demonstrated delivering results whilst managing competition and commercial barriers.
  • Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative sale approach.
